Should i leave and go home?

for the last 6 months i have been working abroad as a family holiday rep. there is no doubt it was just what i needed, after being unemployed for a year it has given me my work ethic back and i have had some great experiences, but all along i've despised the companys attitude. You can be given a disciplinary for the smallest thing, i was shouted at today for being unproffesional for drinking water during my airport shift (how is this unprofessional?) and having gone 6 months without more than one day a week off i am starting to feel pretty run down, no longer spend my breaks and days off at the pool or sightseeing, but sleeping.I am constantly tired and starting to pick up bugs like tonsilitus, i have 6 weeks to go, but after the day i have had today i feel like it has served its purpose for me and i should go home, however this will effect chances of UK employment with them when i get home and i know how difficult it is and the last thing i want is to be out of work again....dont know what to do....advice??
