Is it wrong to say people who say or do extremely stupid things while in public deserve a slow, painful death?

Well that person had no right to say or do any of that. But since you don't him or her personally, you don't know what happened before that. He or she could be having a horrible day. That still doesn't make his or her behavior acceptable though.
