Aressted in bed for a DUI?

I had been @ the neighbors drinking and came home to p out. I was awakening by an Illinois state trooper. He was asking who wrecked my car, I told him I have no idea I am asleep. I was taking to jail where I blew .272. Was booked on DUI charges. The car was 7 miles from my house on a frontage road and everyone knows the car starts w/out a key! Many of my friends have had the same make and model how is this going to stand up in court?
