Exactly what is going on between the Episcopal Church & the Catholic Church?

1) The Catholic church is desperately short of priests. 2) Episcopalians are considered "Catholic lite" to begin with. 3) Although we don't want to call it a talent raid that's the way it plays out. The Episcopal church has a long history of trying to bring different Christian sects together.
