Who is mandy from the jonas brother song "mandy"?
A family friend named Mandy VanDuyne, who was taught sign language by their mother so she could help the hearing impaired. Mandy is the Jonas Brothers' close family friend that they had known, also Joe Jonas's former girlfriend, but they are still best friends to this date.
