Are the UGG boots also for man ?

I just found out that there is a male version of the UGG boots and it's identical to the female one, just a little bit shorter. I like them and I think they are really comfortable. I was thinking about buying them ? What you think ? Would they look good on an 18 yo boy ? I need opinions, especially from the ladies. Thanks.
