I have unsubscribed from a Yahoo Group and am still getting unwanted emails from them. HELP!?

The moderator claims that my address has been dropped, but how can it be if I'm still getting emails? She has also told me that it's my problem to get it straightened out! They are now spamming me, and it's MY problem? HELP!
