Is this a good trade for me?

i get matt forte (who would be my first backup at running back behind reggie bush and marshawn lynch) and i give up hines ward(who is my first backup at reciver behind plax burress, calvin johnson and brandon marshall). the league is 2 rbs and 3 wrs to start. my only two backup recivers are hines ward and wes welker. my back up rbs are selvin young, jonathan stewert and ricky williams. and i could get santoinio holmes off waivers
