What SHOULD I Do about My car?

recently the electrical system in my honda prelude si is all freaked up. i was doing some alterations to the radio kit and now the headlights stay on the wiper blades swing rapidly stereo works fine, but the green dash is not lit, and the car turns on but wont shift into gear because the whole car is pretty much electrical. HOw much is this gonna end up costing me?
