When Obama takes office will my Aunt be released, if alive?

My aunt was arrested in Canada 2005 for Quote "Acts of terrorism" I know she use to protest against the war in Iraq allot. I know this for a fact she would not hurt any one even people she has strong disagreements with. According to the RCMP she was sent to Syria by the CIA.
