Is the stepmother guardian of my daughter?

My ex and i share custody of our daughter and visitation is every other week with each parent. We have been doing this for the last 6 years. The step mother is claiming to be "guardian" for my daughter-signing school papers as "guardian", calling the school and getting information, even though i notified the school too many times that there are two parents and no guardian. Stepmom even went so far as taking my daughter to a counselor without notifying me. As she would have the same last name as my daughter, I would guess that she even ped herself off as the mother. New er spaniel- loves my girlfriend but could care less about me.?

My girlfriend and I just got a 16 week old male er spaniel on Saturday. He instantly fell in love with Tracy and only gives me attention when Tracy is right there with me. Yesterday Tracy put Bo in the crate when she went for work at 1:30. I got home at 4 and opened his crate and tried to get him to come out. He refused and actually growled and snapped at me when I tried petting him. He came out after an hour and half only to go to the door because he had to go to the bathroom. Even when I tried petting him and praising him for going to the bathroom outside, he didn't want anything to do with me..almost left the treat outside so he could go back in his crate. It wasn't until around 7 that he would actually come out and let me pet him and play with him. When she came home at 10, I was basically invisible. WHat can we do about this? It sucks that I can't really play with him and it's not fair to Tracy-she has to take him out every hour at night and Bo won't go in the morning with me.

My wife and I have been married for six years. During January and February things seem to be fine. We say we love each other no major problems. To be honest we have coexisted for six years. I took this job out of desperation and now I'm regretting it everyday. I keep telling myself to look on the bright side...that at least I have a job and I'm making money, but I can't seem to make that outweigh all of the negative aspects I'm experiencing. The work itself is easy...the problem I'm having is with my supervisors blatant use of favoritism and scheduling. She's constantly rearranging my lunch breaks to allow certain coworkers to have extended breaks for the sole purpose of going shopping with her. She'll have me clock out for lunch, but expect me to continue to work through my break. She's paid hourly like the rest of us, but she has the schedule rigged so she's the only one who doesn't have to work Saturdays...And we have to work EVERY Saturday. My friend was walking down the hall before homeroom and a girl who she has issues with started calling her, "b*tch" and saying "come here". My friend ignored her and continued to walk down the hall. Being a SAHM is many mother's idea of a 'perfect life' but it doesn't always work for everyone. Perhaps getting a part time job in a couple of months when Rosie is a little bit bigger would help as it gives you another focus in your life apart from your kids. I really enjoy my job and much as I don't want to leave Jude when I go back to work in August I am hoping that only working three days a week will give me a good work-life balance. Baxi Bermuda back boiler won't turn off?

I have a Back Boiler about 25 years old. Recently when the boiler has been on for two or more hours I start to hear alot of loud sounds in the loft like water, thunder and banging, but mostly water. I turned down the thermostat but the boiler wouldn't turn off. I turned the timer to off, still the boiler raged. I even turned down the tempreture dial on the boiler, that did not work either. In the end I pressed the red on on the boiler, which did work. I've drained the system and changed the thermostat, but the problem has not gone away. Can any one help?

1990 Ford Bronco not starting?

I have a 1990 Ford Bronco 5.8 and while offroading we were going through water and everything was good. Afterwards I got stuck in mud, and it seemed like I lost power instantly. Stepping on the gas pedal all the way would not do anything. After getting pulled out it slowly regained power but not fully. I drove it for about an hour with half the power. Is Hard alcohol REALLY ok when you are on a low carb diet?

I have a friend who is on a low carb diet. She insists that Captain Morgan has no carbs in it and it's just empty calories so it's ok to drink on her diet. She can (and will) drink her weight of Captain Morgan if you let her. Ya - it says 0 carbs on the label. But from a health standpoint doesn't any hard alcohol have sugars in it? I thought that when you eat carbs, your body breaks them down into sugars and whatever you don't burn off turns into fat. So when you eat sugar aren't you just saving your body the time of breaking it down and just eating it directly? Hence why diabetics should avoid alcohol and why on the Atkins diet they have you completely avoid it as well. So how in the world can drinking an excess of hard alcohol be good for your low carb diet?

Car overheated and coolant shot out?

I own a 89 Ford Probe GT. I had my car sitting idle at the store while i ran in. I come out and theres smoke coming out and the oil temp gauge is at the top. I turn off the car immediately and i hear what sounded like something burst and a crap load more smoke shoots out. I look around the car and there is coolant everywhere under the car and some sprayed out of the front through my intercooler and what not. I opened the hood to try to find where it was from but couldnt really tell.. Ive had a small oil leak for a while that has gone unaddressed so there was also oil on the engine but it looked like more than usual, so some oil might have shot out as well. What could this be? I was only a couple blocks from home so I waited a while then drove home and saw the temp slowly start to rise.

My throat has hurt for about the past 4 days and I developed a cough about 2 days ago that is just sounding more nasty with time. I'm really congested and nasaly and definitely have some post nasal drip going on. When I cough you can hear all the mucus in my throat. I have allergies but I take 24 hour allergy medicine everyday and I've been taking sudafed as a decongestant but they don't seem to be helping. I also feel like I'm wheezing sometimes and kind of short of breath, which is commonly a symptom of asthma, and I have asthma but even when I use my inhaler none of my symptoms improve and I use it like twice daily. I'm not really sure what's wrong with me. I don't know if I just have a cold or if this is something more serious. Can anyone help?

I auditioned for the high school's wind ensemble, the highest level of band in our high school its on a professional level, and made it in. The conductor said I have excellent vibrato, tone control, and tune. Right now I have a Gemeinhardt 2SP flute. I was looking into upgrading to the Gemeinhardt 3SHB. This flute is open-holed, the headjoint is solid silver, the body is silver plated, it has a b foot joint plus the gizmo key, and stainless steel springs. The flute can also have the adjusted g key or straight key. Should I upgrade??

I want my naturally curly hair back!?

I used to have naturally curly hair and now they've straightened out and look limp. I want my curls back but without using any harsh chemicals. Is it true that curly haired people have more sulphur in their body?! If that's the case should I be eating highly sulphuric foods? Someone told me about increasing my egg intake, but I would much rather prefer taking an edible sulphur based food like a tablet or powder etc. I don't like eggs!
